Withdrawal from the contract: All promotional offers are valid within their limitation period or until stocks are sold out during the dark period.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract, i.e. from an online purchase, within 14 days without giving reasons.
A person who is not the carrier and is designated for this purpose by the consumer or, in the case of partial delivery of individual pieces of goods from one order, the deadline expires 14 days from the day when the consumer acquires physical possession of the last piece of goods or acquires it instead of the consumer by a third party who is not carrier and determined for this purpose by the consumer.

Regardless of the form of cancellation, the consumer must provide the company with a copy of the invoice. In order for the deadline for withdrawing from the contract to be taken into account, it is sufficient that the notice regarding the exercise of the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period from this contract.
Effects of withdrawal from the contract: If the consumer withdraws from this contract, the company will reimburse him without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from this contract, all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs due to the choice of delivery type , which is not the most affordable standard form of delivery offered by the company). Such reimbursement is made by the company using the same means of payment as was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The Company may withhold payment until the returned goods are received or until the consumer sends proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The consumer returns or hands over the goods to the company that delivered the goods to the consumer without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the consumer notified the company of withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is taken into account if the consumer sends the goods back before the end of the 14-day period.
Conditions for returning goods: The direct costs of returning goods are borne by the consumer. The products must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
Material defect: Definition of material defect. The error is real:
• if the product does not have the properties necessary for its normal use;
• if the product does not have the properties required for the specific use for which the buyer is purchasing it, but which the seller was aware of or should have been aware of;
• if the product does not have the properties and features that were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed;
• if the tenderer has delivered a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model has been shown for notification purposes only.
Enforcement of material defect: The provider is responsible for defects in the product that are present at the time of delivery or that appear in the subsequent delivery. The provider does not assume responsibility for new defects that arise as a result of improper use of the product itself. Also, the provider is not responsible for errors that occur during normal wear and tear. For products that have a specific and marked expiration date, the provider is responsible for ensuring that the product itself will be suitable for use during that time. The provider is also not responsible for possible allergic reactions.
Reactions or increased sensitivities caused by the product, as this is not considered a defect in the product.
